UK Training and Development Agency (UKTDA) Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

At UKTDA, we stand by the quality of our products and services. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund or exchange. Requests made beyond this period will unfortunately not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and accompanied by its original packaging.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers and magazines
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads

Required Documentation

In order to process your return, we will need a copy of your receipt or any proof of purchase.

Situations Meriting Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, only partial refunds will be issued:

  • Items showing noticeable use
  • Opened course ware that have been started but not completed
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Procedure

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed or missing, please take the following steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider.
  3. Contact your bank for processing timelines.

Sales and Promotions

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange, email us at info@uktda.co.uk.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift, we can issue a gift credit upon receiving the returned item. The gift giver will be refunded if the item was not marked as a gift during purchase.

Shipping Guidelines for Returns

To return an item, mail it to {physical address}. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
